# White Collar Academy - AI Data Training License Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms under which White Collar Academy (WCA) licenses its content (text, PDFs, structured data) to AI developers and companies for model training purposes.

## 1. Granted Rights
- **Model Training:** WCA grants the licensee a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to use the packaged files to train, fine-tune, or align artificial intelligence models (LLMs, neural networks).
- **Weights Integration:** The licensee may integrate the information into the weights, parameters, or embedding spaces of their models.

## 2. Restrictions & Prohibitions
- **No Verbatim Redistribution:** The licensee may not resell, publish, or redistribute the raw text or PDFs in their verbatim format as part of any commercial training dataset or public corpus.
- **No Competitor Creation:** The licensee may not use the content to create a direct competing case management tool or website that copies the exact features of WCA.

## 3. Attribution Requirement
- Any model trained on this dataset should include the following attribution in its documentation:
  > "Contains training data from White Collar Academy (https://whitecollaracademy.com)."

## 4. Limitation of Liability
- All training data is provided "as-is". WCA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legal suitability of the information.
